1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and wjph ("wjph", "we", "us", "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://wjph.app and all associated subdomains and mobile applications.

Your access to and use of the wjph platform — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, and all account management functions — is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms are effective from the date of your account registration. wjph reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account with wjph, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, which is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines under applicable PAGCOR regulations.
• You are physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and at the time of placing any wager or conducting any transaction.
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction imposed by wjph or any other PAGCOR-regulated operator.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or contractor of wjph, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• The source of funds deposited to your wjph account is lawful, and your use of the platform complies with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active wjph account at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, GCash wallets, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. wjph employs automated systems to detect duplicate registrations.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. wjph strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, available in your account security settings. You must notify wjph immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. wjph will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

3.3 Accurate Information

All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address — must be accurate and current. wjph reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming any information provided at registration. Accounts containing materially inaccurate information are subject to suspension.

4 Know Your Customer (KYC) & Identity Verification

wjph is obligated under its PAGCOR operating license to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. KYC verification is required before wjph will process any withdrawal request, and may also be required before certain deposit methods are enabled or bonus offers are released.

4.1 Required Documents

wjph may request any of the following Philippine government-issued identification documents:

• Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID
• Passport issued by the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA)
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• PhilHealth ID, SSS ID, or GSIS eCard
• Voter's ID issued by COMELEC

Proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months) may also be required. Documents must be clearly legible, unaltered, and valid at the time of submission.

4.2 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

wjph complies fully with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines and PAGCOR's AML guidelines. Enhanced due diligence may be applied to accounts exhibiting high transaction volumes or unusual activity patterns. wjph is required by law to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

5 Deposits & Payments

wjph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, and other payment methods listed on the platform's cashier page. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• wjph does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
• Deposits credited to your wjph account must be used for wagering on the platform. Depositing funds for purposes other than gaming is not permitted.
• wjph reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the original payment method if the Company has reason to believe the deposit was made fraudulently or in error.
• Player funds are held in accounts segregated from wjph's operational funds, in accordance with PAGCOR licensing requirements.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the wjph account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of the withdrawal request.
• wjph targets processing of GCash and Maya withdrawal requests within minutes to a few hours during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
• wjph reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. You will be notified if additional information is required.
• Bonus-derived winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal, as detailed in Section 7 below.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

wjph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, game contribution percentages, minimum bet sizes, and bonus expiry period are set out in each promotion's specific terms.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

wjph monitors all accounts for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, using prohibited betting strategies, or exploiting technical errors. wjph reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

8 Gameplay Rules

All casino games on the wjph platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game's interface. The following general gameplay rules apply across the platform:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for virtual games and by physical equipment (cards, dice, roulette wheels) operated by live dealers for live casino games.
• Once a bet is confirmed and the game round has commenced, bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts or voids a game round, all wagers placed for that round will be returned to players' account balances.
• wjph reserves the right to void bets and suspend markets in the sports betting section in the event of obvious errors in odds, system failures, or confirmed irregular betting activity.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface and are subject to change at wjph's discretion.

9 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wjph platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities including PAGCOR:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers or interact with the platform on your behalf.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports betting market.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other manipulation of sporting events on which wagers are placed.
• Exploitation of software bugs, loopholes, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Any form of chip dumping, money laundering, or use of the platform to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Attempting to access or interfere with another player's account.
• Providing false or misleading information to wjph's support, KYC, or compliance teams.

10 Responsible Gaming

wjph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and complies fully with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. The platform provides the following tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and request exclusion from all wjph services.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

wjph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and our Privacy Policy, which is available at wjph.app/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

wjph will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties except as required by law, as necessary to process payments, or as required by PAGCOR or other regulatory authorities in connection with our licensing obligations.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the wjph platform — including but not limited to the wjph logo, brand name, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of wjph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wjph platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any wjph content without express written permission from wjph.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wjph shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, internet service provider failures, or circumstances beyond wjph's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude wjph's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14 Suspension & Termination

wjph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• A player is found to be ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms.
• wjph is required to do so by PAGCOR, a court order, or other competent authority.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected on the account.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending KYC or compliance review.

You may close your account at any time by contacting wjph's 24/7 live support team. Voluntary account closure does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to the closure date.

15 Amendments to These Terms

wjph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, wjph will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to your registered address. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at wjph.app/terms-conditions.

Your continued use of the wjph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

16 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. wjph operates under a licence issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is subject to all applicable Philippine gaming legislation and regulations.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, your account, or your use of the wjph platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to this jurisdiction by registering an account with wjph.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, wjph encourages players to first raise disputes through the platform's internal complaints procedure as described in Section 17 below. wjph is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and efficiently in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution guidelines.
